Don't ask me why I decided to put this photo here. I just love it and hadn't had a post to use it until now. So, yesterday the OLD man I call “Eric”, “Amor”, “Moniato” or “Mr. Erikipushkin” turned 28. He didn’t want a party, but I was determined to give him a day he [...] Dear ash cloud, I know you’re happy up there messing with the lives of SO MANY people down here. That’s ok. I’m having quite a blast seeing how dependent we’ve become on certain things. The world has stopped. I have a few friends stuck in airports in different parts of Europe and America. They’re probably quite [...] Unbelievable! We have planted onions, garlic, zucchini, cucumbers and in 2 weeks we’ll add 2 types of beans, watermelons, melons, pumpkins, tomatoes… Who knew we would really keep it up? Now let’s hope for a good harvest. Really, I’ll be happy if we get something at all. But hey, we’re saving tons on gym fees! I’ve been thinking recently about the last 2 years.
