Youngsters saving money.
Keeping up with our super frugal 3 month plan is not going to be easy. Not after my cell phone bill (I’ve been in 4 different countries last month), the TV crash, the vaccuum death, the school year starting (I’m on language school for both French and German and Eric and I are getting this year the necessary degree to teach our specialty… and you need textbooks for all that!). Today is the “Autumn Beer” meeting for the regional network of translators and interpreters. We’re attending, but we won’t star for dinner. Conveniently, the last train home leaves too early from where this meeting is held, so we’ll have no choice but to eat dinner at home… and save money!

On savings, today I almost fell off my chair when I checked our joint account online and it was 500€ less than I expected. Then I realized that my ING account was now active and they’d transferred the 500€ I asked them to. Phew.
